* Age/Date sorting was fixed.
* Printing was fixed (some the invoice templates were rendered incorrectly).
* The filtering by Date values was fixed.
* Fixed the following issue: create an order from JustShipIT set the order date back to a previous date and reopen order and it resets back to todays date.
